What is your cancellation policy?
 

Please give us at least 24 hours of advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling your appointment to avoid any charges.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes, shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Return shipping is free of charge and on us. Rasing Beauty allows 30-day returns for all products that are gently used or unopened.

 

Please email hello@rasingbeauty.com, and we will email you a label for free return shipping.

 

Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable.

We want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience while receiving an RB Skin Treatment. To help protect our community from the ongoing pandemic, here are some tips on keeping each other safe. 


Please reschedule your appointment until you feel back to full-speed if you have any of the following:

  • A temperature over 100.4 degrees F.
  • Feeling under the weather for any reason.

 

We recommend washing your hands or sanitizing before receiving a skin treatment.

 

If you had COVID or received any COVID vaccines, please refrain from receiving a skin treatment two weeks after feeling symptoms or receiving a vaccine. Your skin may be more sensitive to our professional-grade products, modalities, and tools.

 

To help our community and our fellow clients, please contact us if you have been diagnosed with COVID within two weeks of your Rasing Beauty appointment. We respect your privacy and ensure privacy protocols.

Guidelines
How to Prepare Your Skin Prior To Your Appointment
 

We want you to look and feel your best!

Once your appointment has been booked, a personal secured e-consultation form will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your appointment.

 Please make sure to fully complete the form before the day of your service

 

Please refrain:

 

Facial injectables and laser treatments for at least 14 days before and after any facial treatments.

Antibiotics or medications that may cause skin sensitivity 3 to 5 days before and after any skin treatments.

Professional exfoliation treatments 14 days prior to any skin treatments.

At-home exfoliation AHAs, BHAs, Retinol, Vitamin A, etc… 5 days before and after any skin treatments.  Clarisonic, enzymes, and/or other gentle exfoliation 3 days before and after any skin treatments.

 Facial waxing for 72 hours before and after your appointment (5 days when receiving the +PEEL & HEAL treatments)

Facial shaving at least 24 to 48 hours prior to any skin treatments.

Spray tan services 7 days prior to any skin treatments.

Eyelash extensions 48-72 hours prior to any skin treatments.

Feeling under the weather? We recommend waiting until you feel back to full speed to book an appointment.

Have you recently had COVID or received a full COVID vaccination? People may feel mild to flu-like symptoms after being diagnosed with COVID or receiving their first, second, or booster vaccination shot. We recommend waiting until you feel back to full speed to book an appointment.
